A strong member of the team since 2007, Larry’s nephew Billy will provide prospective buyers opportunities to view your home, and assist in the details of preparing your home for a sale. He will also assist with the purchase of your new home, and is dedicated to ensuring you find the home that is right for you.

Leslie Stewart
Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience at marketing real estate, Leslie has established systems to ensure your customer satisfaction. She will incorporate these strategies, and manage the customized marketing plan for the sale of your home. In addition, she will follow-up to ensure your expectations have been met.

Sara McFee
Sales Coordinator

Sara is the center of communication within our team. She will coordinate showings, ensure accuracy in documents and be your first contact at our office from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. She will assist you with all the necessary details from title searches of each property to providing information on where to bring any items you would like to donate after your sale.

Kendra Bartel-Ens
Marketing Coordinator

Kendra is the newest addition to the team, and is responsible for the production of marketing materials. She will ensure your property is featured in its most positive light in our marketing materials, including your homes feature sheet and its presentation on the Kimacovich, MLS and Real Estate Channel websites.

Larry has been a Licensed Real Estate Associate with RE/MAX for over 25 years, and was the second person in Manitoba to receive the Remax Lifetime Achievement Award. In addition, Larry has been awarded the Winnipeg Real Estate Board Gold Medallion which is awarded to the top 1% of Realtors in Winnipeg, the Remax Hall of Fame Award, and the Remax Chairmans Award. Multiple Listing Service statistics clearly show that Larry sells homes faster and achieves higher sale prices for his clients than industry averages.
